2) WHAT AUDIO RENTAL SERVICES DOES NAPA VALLEY MEDIA PROVIDE?

Set-up, Testing and Tear-down services are included in all audio rentals. Napa Valley Media rents Public Address sound systems, Non-Profit Auction Emcee (MC) sound systems, DJ sound systems, Band and Performance sound systems, Polycom conferencing, Push-to-talk microphone solutions, and individual audio components for every application of audio production.

3) WHAT VISUAL RENTAL SERVICES DOES NAPA VALLEY MEDIA PROVIDE?

Set-up, Testing and Tear-down services are included in all AV Rentals. Napa Valley Media rents HDTV presentation monitors, HDTV confidence monitors, Projectors and Screen packages, LED Video Walls, video Switchers/Scalers, professional Video Cameras and video production accessories. This is a partial list and evergrowing and changing.

5) WHAT STAGING RENTAL SERVICES DOES NAPA VALLEY MEDIA PROVIDE?

Set-up and Tear-down services are included in all AV Rentals. Napa Valley Media rents custom sizes of Staging, Truss support or decorative systems, standard and formal style Podiums, and customized Pipe and Drape backdrops.

 

6) WHAT POWER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION RENTAL SERVICES DOES NAPA VALLEY PROVIDE?

Set-up and Tear-down services are included in all AV Rentals. Napa Valley Media rents small and large Generators and power distribution components. Napa Valley Media also provides power aid distribution set for corporate clients for meeting and seminars.

8) WHAT SPECIFIC VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES DOES NAPA VALLEY MEDIA PROVIDE?

Napa Valley Media is a full service video production company. Corporate Training and Promotional videos, I-mag (image magnification) presentation, sporting events, documentaries, live web casting, Legal Video, Construction and Project Archive videos, Event Videography, and Wedding Videos are the most common produced videos. With a professional video production, the possibilities and applications are endless.

10) WHAT APPLICATIONS ARE DJ SOUND SYSTEM RENTALS USED FOR?

DJ sound systems rentals are used primarily for two applications: When clients want to DJ the event themselves, or the client has contracted a DJ without a professional DJ sound system. Napa Valley Media provides Turntable or CD-J style DJ sound systems for the "club" DJ, or basic DJ sound systems. The basic DJ sound system consists of two professional active DJ speakers on adjustable speaker stands, a mixing board (volume control) with a skirted media table, a wired or wireless handheld microphone, and mini-plug cables for compatibility with the client's I-pod, I-pad, computer, or any other device containing the client's provided music.

12) WHAT IS A NON-PROFIT AUCTION EMCEE (MC) SOUND SYSTEM PACKAGE?

A Non-Profit Auction MC sound system package is a sound system specifically designed for the audio PA needs of a professional Auction. Located in the Wine Country, Napa Valley Media is very experienced with supplying all the audio PA needs of a professional auction. An Auction MC sound system consists of multiple active speakers on adjustable speaker stands, multiple handheld and lapel wireless microphones, different size mixing boards for multiple audio inputs, experienced technicians, and any other audio component needed for MC presentations.

14) WHAT ARE HDTV CONFIDENCE MONITOR RENTALS COMMONLY USED FOR?

HDTV confidence monitors are conveniently placed on the stage floor, facing the Presenters. Confidence monitors allow presenters to view their presentations while still facing the audience. Napa Valley Media provides 32", 37" and 46" confidence monitors mounted on A-frame floor stands.

16) WHAT ARE THE APPLICATIONS OF A VIDEO WALL RENTAL?

For the maximum "WOW" factor, Napa Valley Media provides any size constructed Video Wall for an optimal viewing presentation. Video Walls can be used for outdoor concerts and performances, promotional presentations and displays, press releases or live I-Mag (image magnification).

18) WHAT ABOUT AUDIO, VISUAL AND LIGHTING PERMANENT INSTALLATIONS?

With an experienced construction staff, Napa Valley Media installs permanent commercial and residential sound systems, HDTV monitors, Video production and surveillance systems and all facets of Lighting.

20) I WORK AT A HOTEL AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR CURRENT AUDIO-VISUAL PROVIDER. CAN YOU HELP US?

Yes. Napa Valley Media has an excellent customer satisfaction and retention rate. We work regularly with Hotels and our Parent Company, Zasu Media, LLC, runs In-House AV for Hotels in several states. 4) WHAT LIGHTING RENTAL SERVICES DOES NAPA VALLEY MEDIA PROVIDE?

Set-up and Tear-down services are included in all AV Rentals. Napa Valley Media rents Accent Lighting, Multi-colored LED battery operated uplights, Leko Spot Lights, general wash lights, manned follow spot lights, Italian (Piazza) string lighting, Japanese Style Lantern string lighting, Laser and DJ dance lights with moving spot heads and technobeams, and standard or customized Gobo Lights.

7) WHAT PRODUCTION SERVICES DOES NAPA VALLEY MEDIA PROVIDE?

Napa Valley Media is a full service AV production company. Our staff consists of AV project managers, videographers, editors, audio technicians, video engineers, electricians, lighting technicians and grips. Napa Valley Media also supplies temporary AV technicians to other AV production companies throughout the California North Bay area and worldwide.

9) WHAT APPLICATIONS ARE PUBLIC ADDRESS (PA) SOUND SYSTEM RENTALS USED FOR?

Public Address, or "PA" sound system rentals are used when sound amplification is needed when presenters are speaking to a small or large audience. PA sound systems offer a dynamic audio presentation of clean controlled sound. PA sound systems usually consists of a handheld or lapel wireless microphones, a mixing board on a skirted media table (volume control), and two professional active speakers on adjustable height speaker stands. Other sound inputs (computer, Blu-ray player, MP3 player, i-pods) can be plugged into the PA sound system through the mixing board for additional audio presentations and/or background music.

11) WHAT APPLICATIONS ARE LIVE BAND AND PERFORMANCE SOUND SYSTEMS USED FOR?

Live Band and Performance sound system rentals are used to mix the sound of single or multiple performer. That mixed sound is then amplified to a small or large audience. Live Band and Performance sound systems may also contain a stage monitor sound system, which provides a customized mixed monitor sound for the performers. Napa Valley Media also provides professional Live Band technicians and all the audio components needed for a live performances.

13) WHAT ARE HDTV PRESENTATION MONITOR RENTALS COMMONLY USED FOR?

HDTV presentation monitors are commonly used for power point and keynote presentations, slideshows, video presentations and I-Mag (Image Magnification) presentations. HDTV monitors are also ideal for wedding rehearsal and wedding day slideshow presentations. Napa Valley Media provides 55", 60", 65" and 80" HDTV monitors for optimal visual presentations. Single or Multiple HDTV monitors can be utilized depending on the size of the audience, or the magnitude of the "Wow" factor.

15) WHAT ARE THE APPLICATIONS OF PROJECTORS AND SCREEN RENTALS?

Projectors and screens are commonly used for power point and keynote presentations, slideshows, video presentations and I-Mag (Image Magnification) presentations. Napa Valley Media provides different size Tripod and Fast Fold screens, depending on the dimension of the room. Single or Multiple screens can be utilized depending on the size of the audience, or the magnitude of the "Wow" factor.

17) WHAT ARE THE APPLICATIONS OF LED BATTERY OPERATED UPLIGHT RENTALS?

Battery operated LED Uplights are multi-colored lights that can be easily placed anywhere on the ground, shining a beam of colored light up a wall, tree, post, wine barrels, pillar, or any other structure that can support the beam of colored light. A wireless controller can also be used to simultaneously fade multi colors of the LED Uplights, or have them bounce to the beat of music. LED Uplights enhances any setting, especially color matching the theme of the event or wedding.
